Kate Middleton bottomless photos are the latest to appear in print following topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge were taken and published while she was caught sunbathing in a hotel in the south of France.
A Danish gossip magazine has denied publishing revealing new nude photos of Kate Middleton, showing the Duchess bottomless while changing her bathing suit, however Gawker reported on Saturday afternoon that the new nude photos of Middleton had in fact been published.
The grainy photos, which appear to have just made their way to the Internet on Friday, would seem to be more scandalous than the first; the magazine claims they show the duchess not just topless, but appears bottomless. The scanned photos were picked up by Egotastic and other websites.
According to the report, these bottomless photos were from the same set of sunbathing shots taken by paparazzi in France last month and published in French magazine Closer - only these photos show a little bit more.
The Royal Family promptly sued Closer for publishing the images. The magazine was ordered to cease distribution of the photos in print and online. Kate and Prince William won an injunction against Closer last week. A court ordered the magazine to hand over any and all nude photos of the duchess within 24 hours, or it would be fined $13,000 per day. It is expected that this Danish publication will also be sued.
