Nick Burkhardt (David Guintoli) and Juliette Silverton's (Bitsy Tulloch) relationship is taking a supernatural beating (again) in the latest "Grimm" season 4 episode.
Viewers would think that Nick's unnatural lifestyle would already make Juliette reconsider her romance with the mysterious detective. However, she accepted him even after accidentally sleeping with another woman.
Who would have thought that a side effect of the spell to help Nick out would eventually push her into ending things with the man she loves?
The more time Juliette spends as a hexenbiest, the more she loses her humanity and its taking a toll on Nick. Will he be able return Juliette to normal?
According to spoilers for "Grimm" season 4 episode 19, "Iron Hans," he might just be desperate enough to ask for help from the last person that anyone expects - Adalind Schade (Claire Coffee).
What could the scheming witch do to help Nick and Juliette's relationship?
The International Business Times reported that NBC had already planned to rip the couple apart. Fans of the show are reportedly panicking at the possibility despite Nick finding a possible cure next episode.
However, Adalind's help comes with a very heavy price.
"Happiness doesn't make good [on] TV. Happiness for a time makes good TV, but you have to tear it apart," Guintoli reportedly teased in an interview with Zap2It.
This time, however, he doesn't know what might happen.
"I don't know to what extent the writers are going to tear us apart this time," he continued.
This time, their breakup might really become permanent.
With Juliette slowly losing her humanity, they might really just become a couple that represents Good and Evil as David Guintoli reportedly mentioned.
