While fans of "Hart of Dixie" are anxiously waiting for news about the show's future, its main cast Rachel Bilson is reportedly trying to avoid the excruciating waiting game.
The first time mom was seen leaving Los Angeles in an RV with her long time boyfriend Hayden Christensen together with their then three-month-old daugther, Briar Rose, E! Online reported.
According to Kpopstarz, Rachel Bilson wanted to leave the city because she wanted to avoid hearing news about her show "Hart of Dixie" being cancelled.
After the show's season 4 finale, the future of "Hart of Dixie" has been left hanging in the balance as the showrunners' have yet to announce whether it will be cancelled or renewed.
CW president Mark Pedowitz previously released an official statement at the celebration of Television Critics Association winter press tour.
"We're going to see the ratings," he announced. "I think Leila did a great job in the 10 episodes this year of making something fun for the fans. So if it ends, there's a great finale. If it doesn't end, there's a great season finale, but we're not committed one way or the other yet."
Rachel Bilson's co-star Scott Porter told Us Weekly that while the show's future has yet to be determined, they haven't received any news from the producers yet.
"At this point, our sets are gone," he revealed in his interview. "No one has called us."
Adding that the they would have to wait longer before a decision is announced.
"We're still waiting, we'll probably be waiting until May," he explained. "But I wish that they would just go ahead and let us know."
In line with the news, Jamie King together with Scott Porter are encouraging fans to help save the show and continue with season 5, while Rachel Bilson remains to shut her mouth still.
While Dixie is winning with 63.4% votes, its rival Agent Carter is trailing with 36.6% votes.
Actor Jaime King and Scott Porter turned to social media to encourage fans to vote.
King, who portrayed the role of Lemon Breeland, shared a photo of the results of E! News Save One Show campaign on Instagram with caption,
"You guys just FILL my heart with LOVE!!! I cannot believe out of all these shows that you have voted us into the lead! You are amazing and we just love and adore you. #FanPower"
Porter, who plays lawyer George Tucker, also took to Twitter to ask fans to support the show.
