Friction between Emily Thorne (Emily VanCamp) and Victoria Grayson (Madeleine Stowe) is about to get more intense based on the most "Revenge" season 4 episode guide/promotional video released by ABC.
The next episode will be called "Burn," probably signifying the downfall of some of the main characters. While this clip has many fans stoked, some can't help but feel worried about the show's fate because of the message it brings. Will there be a fifth season of Emily and Victoria's war?
The "Revenge" season 4 episode guide started by encouraging fans to "be there for the final four episodes." It also has a screen caption saying "The war between Emily Thorne and Victoria Grayson will end."
Normally, if the show gets renewed (secretly or not), a promo will say "final four episodes of season 4." However, that clip did not say anything like that, raising speculations that the show is indeed coming to an end. Is this what the promo is trying to convey? Only "Revenge" directors and showrunners can confirm.
The full "Revenge" season 4 episode guide for "Burn" reads below:
"Burn" - After Victoria is attacked, she takes matters into her own hands, while Emily is forced to come to terms with what she really wants, on "Revenge," SUNDAY, APRIL 19 (10:01-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.
"Revenge" stars Emily VanCamp as Emily Thorne, Madeleine Stowe as Victoria Grayson, Nick Wechsler as Jack Porter, Gabriel Mann as Nolan Ross, Karine Vanasse as Margaux LeMarchal, James Tupper as David Clarke, Brian Hallisay as Ben Hunter and Elena Satine as Louise Ellis.
Just last week, ABC unveiled the title for "Revenge" season 4 episode 23 also known as the finale. According to Spoiler TV, the last episode will be called "Two Graves."
This is a step away from all the titles the show used from season one to season four. All "Revenge" episodes before the season four finale only have one word in the title. This is a massive change change fans think the show is about to bid farewell.
