Is J.J. Abrams considering releasing "Star Wars Episode 7" earlier than expected?
According to IB Times there have been rumors claiming that Abrams is looking forward to releasing "The Force Awakens" six months earlier than scheduled to avoid leaking of plot spoilers.
And while that rumor has yet to be confirmed or denied, a new leaked information has made its way once more.
A fan site called MakingStarWars.net, released a series of alleged emails from inside the studio revealing plot spoilers about "Star Wars Episode 7," particularly on its characters.
Mark Hamill who will be reprising his role as Luke Skywalker is reportedly one of the main focus of the sequel's plot.
According to the supposed leaked email, the now old Jedi "is in hiding during much of TFA." Apparently Luke is trying to protect an "ancient sith tomb" from the new villain, Kylo Ren.
Adding, "What lies in this tomb is an Ancient Sith Lord who may turn out to be Darth Plagues The Wise."
And while Luke is reportedly dedicated with his new responsibilities according to the info, he will be in trouble.
(Warning possible "Star Wars Episode 7" plot spoilers!)
"Luke, it is revealed, has been experiencing severe mental torture whilst protecting this tomb by ghosts of the past, present and future and he is very unstable as we meet him," the email released by MakingStarWarsNet revealed. "His power is terrifying to both himself and what it could mean for the future of the galaxy. There is talk that Kylo Ren knows how to unlock this tomb as he has self trained himself in the ways of the Sith without the need of a master. It is not mentioned how long Luke has been watching this tomb but it is implied it has been a few years against the better judgement of his friends. Luke isn't crazy so to speak but he has felt the damaging effects this exile has had on him."
While none of the information mentioned above has yet to be confirmed or denied, one should take the possible plot spoilers with a grain of salt.
However, fans could finally see some light on April 16-18 when Star Wars Celebration starts. According to reports J.J. Abrams and Kathleen Kennedy are both attending the event. Rumor has it the new full length trailer packed with plot spoilers could finally be released on the said celebration.
