'Game Of Thrones' Season 5 Premiere And Spoiler: Jon Snow To Be Seduced By Another Red Head? Who Is She?

| By

With the "Game of Thrones" season 5 premiere episode getting nearer, it is perfect time for fans to catch up and read more scoop.

This one is probably one of the most bizarre spoilers around and something Jon Snow (Kit Harington) fans won't be happy about. After losing his on and off girlfriend Ygritte (Rose Leslie) at the end of last season, Ned Stark's bastard will find himself again infatuated with another red headed woman. This time, however, she is not someone fans would instantly like.

Kit Harington sat down with Entertainment Weekly for an interview ahead of the "Game of Thrones" season 5 premiere next week and there, he talked about Jon Snow's life after defending the wall and his new journey through the prying eyes of self-proclaimed king Stannis Baratheon (Stephen Dillane) and his witchy mistress Melisandre (Carice van Houten). One of his biggest revelation was his character's possible romance with Melisandre.

"He's incredibly intrigued by her. I find it endlessly funny that he really fancies redheads," Harington said of his character.

"One dies, and another comes along, and he's all, "Hello!" There's mutual interest between them that we see right from the get-go. There's definitely a future there this season, with him and her. Who knows what Melisandre sees in people, but she's obviously obsessed with bastards and noble blood. There's obviously something a bit special about him in this story, and she locks in on that. So this season she tries to seduce him. That's her power play. It's going to be an interesting battle!"

Kit Harington also said that Jon Snow won't be that sad with the death of Ygritte because he doesn't have time. The commander of the Night's Watch misses her but only internal.

"Game of Thrones" season 5 premiere is on April 12. Aside from Harrington, other actors set to reprise their roles are Peter Dinklage as Tyrion Lannister, Lena Headey as Cersei Lannister, Emilia Clarke as Daenerys Targaryen, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau as Jaime Lannister, Sophie Turner as Sansa Stark, and Maisie Williams as Arya Stark.
