'Assassin's Creed: Victory' Release Date To Be Announced At E3 2015? Ubisoft Disappointed With The Leaked Information

There has been a leaked information that "Assassin's Creed: Victory," a sequel to the recently launched "Assassin's Creed: Unity" already has a release date.

In accordance to the said info, Ubisoft is getting ready to unveil the gaming title at E3 2015 conference happening on June 16-18, Realty Today reported.

In addition "Assassin's Creed: Victory" release date is said to arrive in December this year.

And while fans and gamers are rejoicing, Ubisoft has released an official statement claiming that they are disappointed with the leaked information.

"It is always unfortunate when internal assets, not intended for public consumption, are leaked," Ubisoft stated. "And, while we certainly welcome anticipation for all of our upcoming titles, we're disappointed for our fans, and our development team, that this conceptual asset is now public. The team in our Quebec studio has been hard at work on the particular game in question for the past few years, and we're excited to officially unveil what the studio has been working on at a later date."

While the gaming company did not deny the leaked information set out, it did confirm that it is planning to unveil "Assassin's Creed: Victory" this year, it may not be during E3 2015 but it will definitely happen this year.

In a seperate report, Ubisoft already confirmed that they are currently working on the gaming title.

"And, while we certainly welcome anticipation for all of our upcoming titles, we're disappointed for our fans, and our development team, that this conceptual asset is now public. The team in our Quebec studio has been hard at work on the particular game in question for the past few years, and we're excited to officially unveil what the studio has been working on at a later date."

The company is reportedly determined to make the series stay for a long period of time. Darby McDevitta, writer for "Assassin's Creed" series, told Latin Post.

"We've created 500, 600, 700 years worth of history that we hope to start teasing out for the next 10, 20 years or however long we're around," McDevitta explained. "I particularly love the lore. I've been working the past two years, with all the other writers, on getting a great document together on the First Civilization."
