Luis Suarez - Barcelona partnership is proving to be a great investment for the Spanish club's part.
Although the Uruguayan striker started his career in his new club slow, he has proven he is still one of the best by nailing goals in team's most important matches.
Like in their very last game against El Clasico rivals Real Madrid wherein he scored the winning goal to keep his team on top of the La Liga standings.
While Suarez's stint in Barcelona is becoming more fruitful each match, rumors surfaced saying he will be leaving the Catalans soon, that the Luis Suarez - Barcelona partnership is about to come to an end.
This news came after Suarez expressed his desire to return to Liverpool after playing a charity match there with other English Premiere League legends.
"You never know. If I play in England again, it will be for Liverpool, not another team," Barcelona star Luis Suarez said according to a report by the Sport Bible.
"Four years ago I crossed my fingers to play with Fernando, but he left 3 days after I signed. It was amazing to be back. The supporters are in my heart."
Speculations that Luis Suarez will leave for Barcelona were first raised by fans, mostly of Liverpool, after the controversial football star said it is easier in his former club than the Spanish giants.
"It was getting used to it for me. I have less space than ever for my game, which makes it more difficult than in Liverpool for me. Barca's style of play was for me a whole new world."
Of course, Suarez is the type who does not back down from challenges. Right now, European clubs are in international break but when the league resumes, Luis Suarez and Barcelona will continue to be a huge problem for Spanish and Paris Saint Germain to whom they drew with in the UEFA Champions League.
