It's no secret that "Mob Wives" cast Natalie Guercio had a tough time during the VH1 show's season 5.
She became the center of controversy before the season ended following Natalie DiDonato's accusations of her being a "rat," which allegedly led to the showrunner firing her from the hit reality series.
Reportedly that took a toll at the reality star as she turned to using crytal meth to steer clear from depression. Apparently, Guercio got overdosed from substance abuse and is now in the hospital.
While this news has yet to be confirmed, her co-star and once enemy, Renee Graziano confirmed the rumors on Twitter, even assuring her "Mob Wives" castmate that she'll help her get through with it.
"My prayers w natg in la...Sad to hear about her meth od...Yeah ended up in the hospital Honey ill help u! Ull get better praying 4 u!" she tweeted.
Her tweet was soon deleted though, but it already managed to fuel talks that rumors is apparently true.
Graziano even answered a query from a fan asking about the current situation of Natalie Guercio.

Again Graziano updated fans about her "Mob Wives" castmate's latest situation as she tweeted saying, "It happened a few days ago, I was just notified, I feel horrible."
All About the Tea previously reported that the 32-year-old reality star was fired from the show, citing Guercio's supposed cryptic tweets referring to her being axed.
Life is about the choices we make. We're all not perfect but we have the opportunity to make a choice & start over anytime. #NatalieEGuercio - NatalieEliseGuercio (@NatalieEGuercio) March 20, 2015
In addition another known enemy and "Mob Wives" castmate, Karen Gravano previously confirmed the rumors by mocking the star in Twitter.
"Shout out to the fake blog, we know's behind that sitting at home because she's not on the show anymore. Creating stories. LOL [laughing out loud] we see ya mama," Gravano posted on Twitter.
While Guercio reportedly answered back according to Enstarz, she failed to clarify if she has been fired from the show.
Natalie DiDonato, who has become Guercio's number one enemy before "Mob Wives" season 5 ended, did not say anything about the alleged axing of Nat G.
However she did retweet a post from Mob Wives Sitdown mocking Guercio and confirming that she got fired from the show.
"I'm surprised Nat G. hasn't been on here crying about how she got fired. The way she conducts herself on Twitter you would think she'd be popping off."
Whether Natalie Guercio has been fired in "Mob Wives" or she voluntarily quit the show has actually confused fans as Nat G previously told Radar Online that she's thinking of actually leaving the show for season 6.
"I also have to consider if I'm going to keep being the target to these women. I am not having a repeat of what I had the past two seasons. I am 32-years-old. I am so much younger than all these women, yet they act younger than me. I've never in my life witnessed this type of behavior with anyone."
