Furthermore, the family of the 24-year-old Oscar winning actress reportedly is not favoring her rumored romance with Gwyneth Paltrow's ex-husband, Chris Martin.
"Her friends and family are desperate for her to ditch Chris - they feel Liam's a better match and doesn't carry all the baggage of Gwyneth and children," the insider added.
And while, the "American Hustle" star remained tobe involved with the 38-year-old Coldplay frontman, his family responsibilities are reportedly taking a toll on the actress.
"Jen wants commitment from Chris, but he is still spending time with Gwyneth because of the kids," the Heat's insider revealed. "Jen's sometimes lonely and Liam is filling that gap. They're in contact all the time. There's genuine love there between them."
On the other hand, Liam Hemsworth has reportedly shown his support for the actress and JLaw has been appreciative of it in her interview with the German magazine Bravo
"He changed my life. That was very important for me and my personal development."
Adding, "Liam is the most wonderful, kind, sweet, funny guy in the world."
In a separate interview with Nylon magazine, Jennifer Lawrence continued to praise Liam Hemsworth, saying that her "Hunger Games" co-star and good friend has taught him to become stronger.
"It's my biggest weakness: negotiating. I'm a wimp about standing up for myself and Liam is always fair. He's always on time, he's always doing his job, and he's good about making sure that things stay fair. He's teaching me to toughen up a little bit."
