Recent "Arrow" season 3 episode guide revealed Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) will have Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) as her date in the wedding of John Diggle and Layla. This means she is not with Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) to whom she had an on and off romance with throughout the current season. While Felicity is not that close to Oliver Queen, and possibly not share much scene with, the resident computer geek will share the screen with someone really close to the Emerald Archer. Felicity and Thea (Will Holland) will have a rare moment together.
E! Online quoted Willa Holland as saying that her character Thea and Felicity will share some moments. She didn't clarify though in her "Arrow" season 3 episode guide what are the scenes for or what they will talk about. Will they talk about Olicity?
