The long wait may finally be over to the fans who are anxiously waiting for the "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" trailer.
While it hasn't been confirmed yet, speculations suggest that the upcoming sequel to "Man of Steel" will debut its teaser at the premiere of "Mad Max: Fury Road" on May 30.
The first trailer for "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" movie was once rumored to be released at either "Jupiter Ascending" or Super Bowl XLIX, however Warner Bros. kept the footage as elusive as possible.
Since the giant studio company has kept everything under wraps for quite some time now, it's been speculated that it will finally release a footage at George Miller's "Mad Max" movie starring Tom Hardy portraying the lead role, Max Rockatansky.
If the rumors prove to be true, fans would finally get to see "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" movie trailer on May 13.
Prior to the rumored trailer release date, the only teaser shown by Warner Bros. was in last year's Comic-Con in San Diego, thus fans are patiently waiting for a much longer footage to arrive.
Meanwhile, it has also been rumored that the upcoming superhero flick would be released in a two-part episode where a movie titled "Enter the Knight" would be released soon after "Dawn of Justice."
This was however, immediately refuted by Henry Cavill during a talk with Ramid Setoodeh of Variety.
"Henry Cavill says 'Batman v Superman' won't be split into two movies. #BAFTATea," Seetodeh tweeted.
"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" stars Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent and Laurence Fishburne as Perry White.
The film will hit theaters on Mar. 25, 2016.
