It has been 10 years since Scott Peterson was sentenced to death in 2005 after murdering his wife Laci and their unborn child.
In a one-hour report by Geraldo Rivera, he revisited Scott Peterson through Nancy Mulane, author of "Life After Murder: Five Men in Search of Redemption," who's one of the privileged people to witness the "cushy" lifestyle of Peterson, Fox News reported.
"It sounds to me that what you've described is the cushiest environment that you've seen," Rivera said to the author.
Mulane went on that there are men who are in the death row who are not allowed to socialize with other inmates and spend their days mostly inside their cells.
"They are not having the life Scott Peterson is having," she said.

The Daily Mail added that Peterson has his own private cell and a free access to a roof deck with a half basketball court.
In 2002, his 8 months pregnant wife Laci had been reported missing. A year after, a fetus has been washed on the shoreline of San Francisco and a torso of a woman on the next day. It was later identified as Laci and their unborn son.
Scott Peterson was sentenced to death in March 16, 2005 for the crime, with the judge calling the murder of Laci "cruel, heartless and callous," according to the Daily Mail.
According to The Inquistr, he has not shown any remorse on his act and appealed in 2012 as he stated that "the media attention brought about by the crime biased potential jurors. The appeal is still making its way through the courts."
The Inquistr also added as of this report, it still unknown how Scott Peterson acquired such a lavish lifestyle inside the prison.
