Jennifer Lopez' "Boy Next Door" co-star Ryan Guzman is joining the "Heroes Reborn" cast!
Aside from stalking J-Lo in the suspense thriller, Guzman also appeared as Sean Asa in "Step Up: Revolution" and "Step Up: All In." He isn't a stranger to TV work either.
The 27-year-old actor and model also had a recurring role in ABC's hit series "Pretty Little Liars."
The Tim Kring-created reboot of the NBC series "Heroes" also signed "Finding Cody" actress Gatlin Green.
Her acting history includes appearances in "Criminal Minds" and "Liv And Maddie."
According to Deadline, Guzman and Green will be joining previously announced cast members Jack Coleman, Zachary Levi, Robbie Kay, Danika Yarosh and Henry Zebrowski in the new show.
"Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn" actress Judith Shekoni also signed on to the series reboot.
The 13-episode remake's timeline will reportedly pick up after the original series' final season in 2010. Although only Jack Coleman will be reprising his previous role as Noah Bennett, NBC boss Bob Greenwalt promised that "several of the old cast [will be] popping in to episodes."
According to previous reports, the "Heroes Reborn" cast will be composed of new faces. Previous stars Milo Ventimiglia, Hayden Panettiere, Zachary Quinto and Ali Larter all confirmed that they won't be bringing their characters to life again, much to the disappointment of the cult TV show's loyal followers
Nevertheless, it would be interesting to see what new stories showrunner Tim Kring has in store for these new faces.
Levi, in particular, is very much excited for his role. Levi's power - if he will have any - has not been announced by NBC yet.
Matt Shakman will be directing the first episode. No exact date for the premiere has been set yet.
