'The Flash' Episode Guide: How Close Is Barry From Learning Dr. Wells' Secret?

| By

The last "The Flash" episode finally revealed who Dr. Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) really is.

In earlier episodes, audiences witnessed how the crippled scientists transformed into the super fast and strong Reverse Flash that Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) cannot beat.

Last week, the show did not just unraveled the doctor's real identity, it also demonstrated how cruel the STAR Labs main man can be.

Wells did not even hesitate to kill Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes), his protege who he claims he treated like his own son. The funny mechanical engineer was killed but of course, as seen in the latest "The Flash" episode guide, he is not really dead.

The Scarlet Speedster was able to travel back to yesterday which means whatever went on in STAR Labs between Cisco and Dr. Wells did not really happen. Does this mean Dr. Wells will escape the suspicious eyes of his colleagues?

According to "The Flash" episode guide from the Entertainment Weekly, quoting Grant Gustin, Wells will be a marked man. Before the scene with Cisco, Danielle Panabaker's Caitlin Snow has also become skeptic about Wells' intention.

In the next episode, one more person close to the scientist will grow suspicious of him. He is no other than Barry Allen.

"He gets suspicious at him in [episode] 16 without actual evidence for the first time because of something that Wells says," Grant Gustin told EW. "It's the first thing that throws Barry. He's not necessarily suspicious, but it's the first thing that starts to lead Barry in the direction of wondering really what's going on instead of defending Wells."

Episode 16 is titled "Rogue Time." Read full "The Flash" episode guide below.

"The Flash learns that Captain Cold (guest star Wentworth Miller) and Heat Wave (guest star Dominic Purcell) have returned to Central City. This time Snart has brought along his baby sister Lisa (guest star Peyton List) to help wreak havoc on the city."
