While everyone involved in "Star Wars 7" movie remained tight-lipped about its details, new franchise cast John Boyega wants fans to be "very excited" about "The Force Awakens."
"I think they should be very excited," Boyega told BBC's Lizo Mzimba at BAFTA Awards. "We're going back to the originals and we're staying true to practical effects and we have the original cast back and it's going to be a great time!"
In addition to being really confident about "Star Wars 7," the 22-year-old British star also shared his experience in filming the movie under the direction of J.J. Abrams.
"Oh it was brilliant J.J. Abrams is obviously a passionate guy. He does well in this movie, I can't wait for it to come out," he told BBC correspondent when asked about his experience working in a highly anticipated movie.
In a separate interview one of the veteran "Star Wars 7" cast members, Mark Hamill, revealed that "The Force Awakens" is much more about the new characters and less of Han Solo, Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia instead.
"I would have been completely OK with it not including us, but I do think having the original cast members there gives it a sense of continuity and scope. But mind you, it's really about the new generation, it's not about us," he explained to Hero Complex.
A "Star Wars 7" new trailer is being rumored to be released on April, in time of Star Wars Celebration, according to Screen Rant.
"Star Wars 7" release date is on Dec. 18, 2015.
