Celebrity Laundry exclusively reported that Superman has indeed dumped his 21-year-old rumored girlfriend after realizing "that something was wonky when he went on vacation with Marisa, his trainer, and his trainer's wife."
While the "Man of Steel" star was heavily rumored to have had dated Gonzalo, it should be noted that the two were never seen in any public events together, that is aside from the leaked photos, which was allegedly spread by Gonzalo.
While Superman never spoke about the issue, new reports suggest that he is mending his broken heart by trying to focus on portraying the of the 1960 American spy, Napoleon Solo.
Robert Vaughn, the actor who originally played the character in the hit TV series was interviewed by henrycavill.org where candidly shared his thoughts on the movie adaptation.
"In the 40 years since the show went off the air, every year somebody has said they were going to make a new The Man From U.N.C.L.E. movie and no one ever did until this one, so it was quite surprising," Vaughn said.
Vaughn also showed his support in "Man of Steel" star Henry Cavill.
"I'm sure he'll be fine. He's an attractive actor. I've seen him wearing the Superman suit," he said. "The main thing he has to have to make the character work is a sense of humor. That's what we always said... no matter how dire the situations were, the humor was the thing that helped us prevail."
Adding, "He looked wonderful. He's a very good Superman type."
