Manny Pacquiao To Start Shooting 'Expendables 4' Following Boxing Fight With Floyd Mayweather Jr.? WWE Legend Hulk Hogan To Join The Cast Too?

| By

While Pop sensation Justin Bieber, a self-confessed fan of Floyd Mayweather Jr., has been rumored to star in Sylvester Stallone's "Expendables 4," boxing champ Manny Pacquiao is reportedly going to join the team following the highly anticipated bout.

According to VCPost, the eighth-division world boxing champion was asked by Arnold Schwarzenegger and Stallone to portray the role of a "vicious rebel general" in the boxer's locker room during a fight in Macau. The famous boxer reportedly accepted the offer of the two action stars.

Reportedly Terry Crews and Jean Claude-Van Damme who both starred in the "Expendables" franchise were happy to hear that the 36-year-old boxer is going to be included in the lineup.

While no one seemed to disagree with Pacquiao's casting in "Expendables 4," Justin Bieber's involvement in the sequel has reportedy dissed Jason Statham.

Bieber is reportedly not "up to scratch" for the fighting scenes DNA India reported.

Even Randy Couture reportedly could not see Bieber as part of the "Expendables 4" cast.

In addition to Manny Pacquiao and Justin Bieber, WWE legend Hulk Hogan is also allegedly part of the team.

Expendables Premiere revealed that the 61-year-old wrestler is going to be included in the lineup.

"Hulk Hogan is expected to visit Bulgaria for filming action movie " The Expendables 4," the entertainment site claimed.

The publication also noted that Hogan previously took to Twitter to announce his involvement in the upcoming action movie.

"Brother, they already had the actors. Relax, I'm in the fourth part," he allegedly tweeted, answering a fan who asked him why he's not in the third installment.

As if there's not enough action stars in the "Expendables" franchise, another WWE star is reportedly going to join the cast.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has previously expressed his desire in joining "Expendables 4," but instead of becoming a part of the team, he reportedly wants to become the villain.

"I don't want to be on their team and be buddies with them," he told a fan who asked him if he's interested in an "Expendables" film during an AMA on Reddit. "F**k that noise. I want to hunt every single one of them down and tell them to 'send your soul to heaven cause your ass is mine.'"

While none of the casting has been officially confirmed or denied, director Patrick Hughes and Sylvester Stallone have both discussed a possible plot for the upcoming "Expendables 4."

Hughes previously told Crave Online that he already talked to Sly about a possible new twist in the sequel's storyline.

"Seriously, if you're going to do a number four, break outside the box," he said of his conversation with Stallone. "Let's do something really different."

Adding, "I was like, 'You need to add a level of sci-fi.' So it's an action sci-fi. The slant of the sci-fi is something to do with a time machine, where they go through some void, right? And The Expendables land on the beach on D-Day, and it's them sweeping the Nazis out of France!"

Stallone on the other hand, acknowledged Hughe's idea, but insisted that the "time-travel" twist might not be what's in his mind, but it will be just as exciting.

"I have actually entertained the idea of putting the group into such an unnatural environment that it, in an of itself, creates extra suspense and tension: the 'fish out of water scenario," the 68-year-old veteran actor explained. "That environment might not be time travel, but nearly just as jarring."
