While there has been no official announcement yet, gamers and experts are expecting a "Tekken 7" PS4 release date following EVO tournament, VC Post reported.
According to the website, Bandai Namco's fighting title is participating in the highly anticipated event in July using the recently released arcade version. However, since EVO is known to use only console version of the games, speculations soon surfaced that "Tekken 7" PS4 and Xbox One release date could indeed happen during the event.
Meanwhile, Katsuhiro Harada, creator of the hit game has recently revealed that "Tekken 7" will not feature "blood."
"Dirt, Water, Sweat. No blood because rating problem for arcade," he posted on Twitter, answering a question from a fan about the upcoming fighting game.
In addition, Attack of the Fanboy mentioned that while there will be sweat, dirt, water and even tearing of clothes in the characters, it will no be as violent as the "Mortal Kombat" franchise.
"The series has never been too violent like the Mortal Kombat franchise," the publication wrote. "It's safe to say the console version will be the same as well. Don't expect blood to ever feature in the game at all."

"With Unreal Engine 4, we can rapidly achieve visual quality expected on next-gen platforms and go beyond it," Harada claimed. "Not only is Unreal Engine 4 powerful and easy to use, but it also allows us to bring 'Tekken 7' to any platform we desire."
The "Tekken 7" trailer, which featured Kazumi Mishima as the new main villain, Bandai Namco also confirmed that there will be 20 more characters included in the lineup.
Claudio, Katarina, Lucky Chloe, Shaheen, Heihachi, Lars, Lili, Kazuya, Asuka, Feng, Alisa, Marshall Law, Paul, Leo, Steve, Dragunov, Hwoarang, Bryan and King are reportedly going to appear in the game.
Crossmap added there would be more coming via downloadable content.
