Is Nathan Sykes' "More Than You'll Ever Know" talking about his ex-girlfriend Ariana Grande?
The Wanted member just released the music video for his new single as a solo artist since the group announced its hiatus last year. However, the new track was met with speculation that the said song could be about his ex-flame.
According to E! Online, the new tune is not about his past romance with his "Almost Is Never Enough" collaborator. However, he certainly has a song about the 21-year-old diva.
The track will reportedly be "obvious" once fans get to listen to it.
"You'll know," he added. "You'll know."
He also revealed to MTV News last month that "it's a really nice song even though it is quite heartbreaking."
He also insisted that he's already over the heartbreak he felt when they broke up in 2013 and is actually "so proud of her and so excited for her as well" regarding her Grammy nomination and performance last February.
It looks like Grande isn't the the only girl that he wrote about in his new album.
"There's a few different people that I write about. There's a couple of breakups that I write about and a few almost romances and what-not," he told MTV about his upcoming solo album.
"And there are a couple songs that talk about being in relationships as well, so it's going to be quite funny when people start to listen to the lyrics."
Meanwhile, Nathan Sykes' "More Than You'll Ever Know" track features his soulful vocals in a classy black and white music video.
Entertainment Focus even compared the 21-year-old crooner's moves to Justin Timberlake.
He will also be playing for six shows in the UK to preview new material from his upcoming solo album which is expected to be released later this year.
