Emma Watson officially announced that she was joining Disney's "Beauty And The Beast" cast through her Facebook page last January and fans have been celebrating the news ever since.
Followers of the "Harry Potter" alum weren't alone in the excitement. The British actress herself couldn't wait to start getting trained for the role.
"It was such a big part of my growing up, it almost feels surreal that I'll get to dance to 'Be Our Guest' and sing 'Something There,'" she posted. "My six year old self is on the ceiling - heart bursting. Time to start some singing lessons. I can't wait for you to see it."
She and Belle already have several similarities as women. They are both well-read and clever, fights for what's right and radiates beauty inside and out.
Aside from fighting for women's rights and gender equality, the Brown University graduate is also well-known for her very pretty face and acting ability. Physically, she can definitely pull off becoming the "beauty" to upcoming co-star Dan Steven's "beast."
Luke Evans has also been confirmed to be a part of the "Beauty And The Beast" cast. He will play the Beast's rival, Gaston
