According to CNN, a tentative schedule has the young actresses appearing tonight, which is also the same night that President Obama will make his Democratic Party acceptance speech, just after the band The Foo Fighters. The plan is to have the three stars onstage together, the report says.
The three actresses draws a stark comparison to Eastwood. Johansson, 27, has been voted one of the sexiest women alive while Portman ,31, and Washington, 35, have also been praised for their good looks.
No word yet on what they will be saying in their speech but the Democratic Party must be surely hoping this will draw a younger crowd to watch the convention and listen to why these actresses believe the American people should re-elect Obama as president.
The convention will not lack for star power. Jessica Alba and producer husband Cash Warren are cohosting Super-O-Rama, the top fete on Thursday night. Others in Charlotte this week: Patricia Arquette, Jeff Bridges, Rose Byrne, Ashley Judd, John Leguizamo, and Tony Shalhoub.
