Floyd Mayweather Jr. - Manny Pacquiao fight is getting worldly publicity and for that, the Filipino champ thinks he and his opponent should do everything to satisfy the fans.
"This fight should live up to its billing. We owe this to the fans. They should get the kind of entertainment they want," he said.
While Mayweather's aggressiveness is a welcome news for Pacquiao's camp, a boxing columnist believes that the American boxer is taking the wrong approach for the megafight.
"Maidana made him fight for his life last May, regardless of the 'I fought that way for the fans' schtick," Livitz told CBS Sports. "[Mayweather's] known to beat the crap out of his sparring partners. Swarming Pac would not be the answer, because I still think that despite the fact that Pac is now powerful on each side -- he can still be outboxed."
Floyd Mayweather Jr. - Manny Pacquiao fight will take place on May 2 at the MGM Grand Arena.
