Kelly Clarkson Gets Back At Katie Hopkins! ‘Breakaway’ Hitmaker Slams Fat Comments Made By The British Journalist! ‘I Don’t Seek Out Any Other Acceptance’

Kelly Clarkson is one of the most talked about singers today, not because of her music, but because of her weight gain. British journalist Katie Hopkins dissed the 32-year old singer on Twitter last month. The former contestant of "Celebrity Big Brother" started the fat jibes on the "American Idol" winner after seeing her at The Graham Norton Show.

"Jesus, what happened to Kelly Clarkson? Did she eat all of her backing singers? Happily I have wide-screen. #grahamnorton," Hopkins wrote on Twitter. The musician got married to her talent manager Brandon Blackstock in 2013 and they had their first daughter on June 2014. Some fans think that she still hasn't shed the fats gained from giving birth, but the 40-year old TV personality thinks otherwise.

"Darling, if you had a baby a year ago, that is not baby weight. It is fat. Quit calling it cute names to make yourself feel better," she remarked on Twitter. "Baby weight, puppy fat, muffin top. We're so weakwilled we have to make up cute names for fat. Babies, puppies, muffins. Nope. Just fat love," the controversial journalist added.

During an interview with Heat Magazine, Kelly Clarkson was asked what she thinks of Katie Hopkins' fat jibes. "I don't have a clue what you're talking about. Someone tweeted something about me? [S]he's tweeted something nasty about me?" the singer asked.

It's either the "Because of You" hitmaker isn't that active in social media or she just really doesn't know who the controversial British journalist is. Despite the bashing, Clarkson remained positive about everything.

"I've just never cared what people think. It's more if I'm happy and I'm confident and feeling good, that's always been my thing," she admitted. "And more so now, since having a family - I don't seek out any other acceptance."

If you think what Kelly Clarkson said will stop Katie Hopkins from dissing her fat body, then you're wrong. "I feel it's my responsibility to point out to chubsters that they need to get up off their a**, stop costing me money as a taxpayer, and get out there and run a little bit more," she told Access Hollywood.
