How big will Wolverine's part in the upcoming "X-Men Apocalypse" movie be?
According to Comicbook.com, Hugh Jackman's character might not hold that big of a significance in the latest sequel to grace the big screen.
These speculation stems from the rumors going around that the upcoming sequel could be focusing on Magneto and Mystique's romance.
This idea was further backed up when Jackman revealed to Collider that he hasn't read the script from director Bryan Singer yet.
"I don't know. I haven't read a script. I don't know where you're getting this from," he answered when asked about how his role will be affected in the "X-Men Apocalypse" movie.
"These are one of those secrets that are between me and the big man who knows all, the head of the NSA. Not even the head of the NSA knows this one actually. How do you like that one?" the 46-year-old Australian actor added.
He has been playing the fan-favorite Wolverine since the first "X-Men" film.
Jackman is currently promoting his new film, "Chappie," which is hitting cinemas on March 6. In contrast to his superhero persona in "X-Men," he will be playing the villain to Dev Patel in the said film.
Meanwhile, the "X-Men Apocalypse" movie will start filming in Montreal this April and is expected to be released May 27, 2016.
According to Movie Pilot, Hugh Jackman will be joined by Jennifer Lawrence (Mystique), Michael Fassbender (Magneto), Nicholas Hoult (Beast), James McAvoy (Professor X), Rose Byrne (Moira MacTaggert), Oscar Isaac (Apocalypse), Sophie Turner (Jean Grey), Alexandra Shipp (Storm), Tye Sheridan (Cyclops) and Kodi Smit-McPhee (Nightcrawler).
Ben Hardy has also been casted but his character is still unconfirmed. The news outlet, on the other hand, believes that he could be taking on Angel.
