A new "Star Wars 7" trailer release date is speculated to be on April 16, during the commemorative celebration of the cult classic sci-fi franchise.
According to Screen Rant, there is a huge possibility that the second teaser footage could be launched during the Star Wars event following confirmation that directo J.J. Abrams and Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy are both coming to the occasion.
"Abrams and Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy will kick off the show in a big way on Thursday morning, April 16, at 10:00 a.m." starwars.com stated. "This will be a day long remembered."
If not released during the said event, it's also speculated that a new "Star Wars 7" trailer could be happening during the debut of "Avengers: Age of Ultron" on May 1.
Fans are clamoring to see original cast members Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher in a new "Star Wars 7" trailer, but reps from Disney and Lucasfilm have yet to reveal any information about the new footage.
C-3PO and R2-D2 are both highly anticipated to appear in "Star Wars 7" trailer as well.
The first of "Star Wars 7" trailer did not debut during the biggest sporting event in U.S. history, Super Bowl, instead it was launched during Thanksgiving and Black Friday online and in cinemas.
The first "Star Wars 7" trailer, which debut during Thanksgiving in cinemas and online immediately gained over 56 million views in YouTube.
"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" starring John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver,Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, and Max von Sydow, with returning cast Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew and Kenny Baker will be released on Dec. 18, 2015.
