Kendra Sunderland, famous for her library video scandal at Oregon State Universty, filed a not guilty plea to public indecency charge.
The 19-year-old "entered the plea before Judge Locke A. Williams with her attorney, Mark Flinn, at her side," Oregon Live reported.
While the former human development and family science student insisted that she has no idea who might have recorded her video and leaked it online, "Ms. Sunderland stated that she knows people and sometimes herself gets pleasure from seeing the webcams," stated in the citation.
Kendra Sunderland, whose next hearing is scheduled on April 28 at 8:30 a.m. reportedly has a slim chance of getting acquitted from the charges against her as the Oregon Law clearly states that a person is considered to have commited the crime of public indecency "if while in, or in view of, a public place the person performs an act of sexual intercourse, an act of deviate sexual intercourse, or an act of exposing the genitals of the person with the intent of arousing the sexual desire of the person or another person."
Meanwhile, Kendra Sunderland in an interview with Inside Edition previously admitted that while she instantly gained popularity following her library video sex scandal, there are changes in her life that made her regret the incident.
"I kind of expected that. I was a little upset," she told the publication when asked of her dismissal from the Oregon State University. "I still wanted to go to the basketball games, I really liked those."
Other than that, Sunderland seemed to acknowledge the role of her MyFreeCams stint to her life, based on the Daily News interview with her.
"When I first started working for MyFreeCams, I was hoping that it would open to modeling and doing magazines and shoots like that," she revealed. "I knew that eventually everyone would see everything about me and see me naked. I just didn't think that would happen so fast and have my actual name on it."
Adding, "I'm not like most other girls that are insecure with their bodies or don't want to show off. I've always been the type of girl who's not afraid to show off, so I didn't feel weird about it."
While woking on MyFreeCams was not her first option of a job, she explained that working in the adult website made her feel good about herself.
"Working a minimum wage job, there's people that are just mean to you when they're having a crappy day," she explained. "On MyFreeCams, (users) had nothing but nice things to say. And I made way more than I would working any other job."
While she admitted to have earned $700 from her library video scandal inside Oregon State University, she admitted that the incident made her decide not to go back to working at MyFreeCams.
"After that, I just thought about the consequences and what could've happened," she admitted. "It definitely made me not want to go back."
