Will original cast K. Michelle rejoin "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" season 4?
According to both MediaTakeOut and Christian Post, the spin off show titled "K. Michelle: My Life," unfortunately did not do well in the ratings that it had to be cancelled.
The publications also pointed out that K. Michelle's previous feud with Mimi Faust would bring more spark in "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" season 4, something that creator Mona Scott Young would want to take advantage of.
"Her clash with Mimi Faust on the set immediately made Mona think of inviting her to do the entire season. Also, with Joseline and K. Michelle's strong personalities, a fight between the two could be just around the corner," Christian Post stated.
The publication also mentioned that Young is looking into casting newly separated couple Memphitz and Toya Wright in "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" season 4.
Apparently the decision to ask the former couple on board had something to do with K. Michelle and her role in Memphitz and Toya's marriage falling apart.
"My husband started to feel like he was living in my shadow," Toya said of Memphitz in an interview with Madame Noire. "When I met him he was a big music executive. He discovered talent like T-Pain, K. Michelle, all different types of artists. And to go from begin a music executive to being known as Lil Wayne's ex wife's husband...it just started to take a toll on him."
Adding, "He started mixing business with pleasure. He got into a relationship with his artist, K. Michelle and it was a lot of allegations that he beat her and stuff like that."
The drama between Toya, Memphitz and K. Michelle is allegedly what Young wants to show in "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" season 4.
