Ed Sheeran's girlfriend Athina Andrelos not only beamed like a proud significant other when the "Thinking Out Loud" singer won two Brit Awards last Wednesday, she also looked quite cosy with his parents at their table.
Andrelos uploaded a photo of herself, her boyfriend's mother and "Thinking Out Loud" co-writer Amy Wedge on Instagram and captioned the shot "Gyaldem."
Could the couple of about one year be getting more and more serious now? The acoustic sensation reportedly bought a new house in his hometown and was planning to spend a lot of time relaxing there with Andrelos.
He is also planning a very long vacation after promotions for his album, “X,” which won Album of the Year in the Brit Awards.
Although the entire night was filled with victory champagnes, there was one alleged setback for Ed Sheeran’s girlfriend.
According to The Irish Examiner, Celeb chef Jamie Oliver’s employee didn’t look too happy when Taylor Swift went on stage to receive her Best International Solo Female award.
“Honestly I know I wouldn’t be up here if it wasn’t for one of my best friends who took me to pubs and taught me to make a good cup of tea and taught me everything I know about the UK,” she said on stage, dedicating the win to her best friend, Ed Sheeran.
“I started out playing King’s College [in London] and eight years later I’m getting ready to play Hyde Park,” the “Blank Space” singer reportedly continued to say backstage. “It’s like… what?”
She reportedly also added an “I love you Ed Sheeran” while on stage.
“Is that Ed Sheeran's girlfriend sitting next to him? She did not look amused when Taylor Swift said "I love you Ed Sheeran!!" A fan on Twitter posted.
Others rekindled the idea that the two musicians could have dated in the past.
Ed Sheeran and his girlfriend proceeded to some after party together later that night. Yahoo Celebrity UK said the tattooed crooner didn’t let go of his girl’s hand when they arrived at the Warner after party.
