The last two "How to Get Away with Murder" episodes will deal with the first murder the show featured, the one about college student Lila who slept with deceased Sam (Tom Verica), the husband of main protagonist Annalise Keating.
This means the Keating 5, a.k.a. the students involved in the murder of Sam, will face tremendous pressure to speak, or not to speak. The only who will be spared from the pressure is Asher Millston (Matt McGory) who wasn't there when Wes Gibbins (Alfred Enoch) knocked Sam out.
Although still in the dark, Asher will be as important as everyone when the last two episodes of the ABC TV series airs. In his "How to Get Away with Murder" episode guide provided to the Entertainment Weekly, series creator Peter Nowalk said fans should watch out for Asher and the role he will play as the truth unfolds.
"Asher plays a pivotal part," Nowalk says. "His role in the house as the one person who doesn't know anything will become quite important."
As for other students, Nowalk said they will still be kept busy by their personal problems in the remaining "How to Get Away with Murder" episodes.
"Connor [Jack Falahee] and Oliver [Conrad Ricamora] are trying to take the next step in their relationship," he explained. "Laurel [Karla Souza] and Wes now have this secret knowledge about Rudy and the mental institution, so they're really on that track of trying to figure out what happened there with Rudy. And Michaela has to deal with someone from her past."
