Hannah Helene Horvath from "Girls" TV series is dropping her pen and computer for a moment and will head to Washington for a side gig.
Reports revealed that Lena Dunham has landed a guest role in the critically acclaimed ABC TV series "Scandal."
Dunham is known as more of a comedian and the biggest question about this casting is how she will fit in the tense world of Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington). This "Scandal" season 4 spoiler was first reported by the Entertainment Weekly.
"Sometimes being a huge fan of a show really does pay off. I hear Girls star Lena Dunham will guest in an upcoming episode slated to air in March. While her role is, of course, being kept under wraps, I hear she may have a connection to OPA. Wouldn't it be cool if Hannah Horvath was secretly a Gladiator?" EW wrote when a fan asked for a "Scandal" season 4 spoiler/scoop.
Back in February last year, the 28-year old actress expressed her admiration of the show and what part she wanted to do if ever she gets a call from Shonda Rhimes.
"Basically, my life's great passion is the idea of being a guest-star on Scandal," Lena said in an interview with Grantland.
"I want to be like, a senator who did something wrong,' she added."
Dunham will definitely be a great addition to the show. Here's another character that fans would surely want to have back.
In the last episode (Scandal season 4 spoiler here), Henry Ian Cusick and his character Stephen Finch returned after missing the entire second and third season.
Once a gladiator always a gladiator as they say and Stephen definitely came to rescue her former colleague. The return of the fan-favorite Finch is well-received. Now, fans are asking, will he return for good. There are no reports about it yet but talking to the Entertainment Weekly, that was the initial plan.
