Bruce Jenner Could Be Facing Manslaughter Charges If Proven Responsible For The Fatal Car Crash In Malibu; 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Star ‘Devastated’

The recent controversy Bruce Jenner is facing does not involve any gender transformation or sex change rumors.

Instead the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" patriarch could reportedly face manslaughter charges following his involvement in a fatal car crash last Feb. 7, Mirror UK and TMZ reported.

Reportedly, there is a video footage of the incident that the authorities have obtained showing that Bruce initiated the accident by ramming into both, Lexus and Toyota Prius on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, Calif.

This was contrary to first reports from TMZ stating that Kris Jenner's ex-husband was forced to hit Prius because the driver of the Lexus car, Kim Howe, 69, who unfortunately died in the tragic car crash, stepped on her brakes without warning.

"Whatever is being reported right now is not part of our investigation," the LAPD said in a statement from Us. "We are still looking at the videos of the crash to determine what happened. We have not deemed who is at fault yet, the investigation is still very much open."

The former Olympian on the other hand, has offered his condolences to the victim following the car crash.

"My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident," Jenner said. "It is a devastating tragedy and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible."

Furthermore, Bruce Jenner is reportedly "devastated" with the tragedy.

"The accident happened right in front of his eyes and he stayed there the entire time watching everything. The woman who passed away was not in good shape and Bruce saw her body being taken out of the car," the insider admitted to Us. "He knows he wasn't responsible but he still feels terrible."
