'Avengers: Age Of Ultron' Story Will Show The Beginning Of Tony Stark's Change; Robert Downey Jr. Thrilled To See JARVIS In Person

| By

One of the most anticipated releases this year is Marvel's "Avengers: Age of Ultron," a movie where we'll see the earth's mightiest battle battling their greatest enemy yet. "Ultron," a product of Stark Enterprises is a robotic A.I. who breaks loose and plans on eradicating humans from the face of the planet.

The movie is also set as a precursor to "Captain America: Civil War," the movie whose storyline features the divide between members of the "Avengers."

Robert Downey Jr. reveals that the conflict between Tony Stark and Steve Rogers will be launched in the upcoming "Avengers" film.

The actor reveals that his character created "Ultron" as a back-up plan following the fall of secret organization S.H.I.E.L.D. in "Captain America: The Winter Soldier."

"Tony's Ultron defense system is supposed to let everybody retire and for a guy who's still got a lot of piss and vinegar - in Iron Man 3, when we left him he was basically saying, 'You know what, I don't even need the suit. I'm just a badass.' Then what I feel happened is he went back east and he does the responsible thing for all these other people and puts a roof over their head and has an idea," said the actor in an interview with Empire Magazine.

He also spoke Paul Bettany, who for years was only heard as the voice behind Stark's A.I. companion J.A.R.V.I.S. - the actor expressed his delight in seeing Bettany in person suiting up as the The Vision.

"But when - and I won't give much of anything away - Vision gets to express and enter and find his place in earnest respect on the playing field, it was like an exceptionally well-executed, poetic, badass, "Aha!" moment for all of us. Joss was very particular about that in a different way than he was with Jimmy [Spader]. I think people are going to get a kick out of the creative decisions about how Vision fits in," he said.
