If you think you have done something awfully wrong in your life, like having sex with minors, be afraid now as Anonymous hackers vowed to make an organized masked protest against paedophiles. The announcement was made by the group on January 12 and said they are going to perform such protests on Friday the 13th. On its video entry on Youtube titled "Friday the 13th nightmare on elite street #OpDeathEaters 2015", the group said they will march down the streets where offenders live. Their targets, mostly politicians, businessmen, and celebrities, were identified by hacking through their personal computers.
"Politicians, royals, media, religious figures, singers, actors, men and women; it seems that the long grotesque arm of this club has no bounds. You think you are safe. You think we will not directly interrupt your lives. You are wrong. You are the stuff of nightmares. We are calling for an evening of action. On Friday 13th we will march to the homes of some of those involved in this nightmarish cover-up." - Anonymous Hackers said in a statement
Although this warning by Anonymous Hackers instantly attracted opposition because of probable chaos, a group representative insisted their mission is not to cause mayhem but to punish those who have offended other people and make the public aware of the people they look up to and interact with.
"The stories that are coming out are the torture and murder of children with our trusted politicians and that is unacceptable," London-based activist using the pseudonym Jake Davis told in an interview with Sky News.
"This isn't a situation where we are looking to create mayhem. It's about giving the public information so we can confront these problems that go back decades," he added.
National Crime Agency does not approve of this action from Anonymous Hackers.
"We understand anyone wanting to help protect children, but would always urge against any action which might jeopardise existing law enforcement investigations or other public inquiries.
"Anybody who thinks they have information relating to child sexual exploitation or abuse can report it to the NCA's CEOP Command via our website."
Earlier this month, Anonymous announced they are now targeting suspected ISIS Twitter and Facebook feeds in hopes to stop the extremist group's recruitment process and spread of ideology.
