Did the Real Madrid superstar, Christiano Ronaldo cheat on her girlfriend of five years, Irina Shayk? The two broke up last month. There were no clear reports, however, what caused the split.
Speculations that the Irina Shayk-Cristiano Ronaldo break up was caused by a third party after the Russian said in an interview that what he wants in his next boyfriend is "honest and loyal."
"What I'm looking for in a man is - I think I love honest men and I love a man who is loyal to women. I think this is [the] most important thing in [a] man," Irina Shayk said in an interview with E! News. She didn't specify though if it is something related to her past relationship with Cristiano Ronaldo.
When asked if she has any plans for the upcoming Valentine's Day, Irina Shayk said she doesn't know yet.
"Not yet but you know, maybe it's going to come up. Maybe today here I'm going to find the plans, you never know."
According to earlier reports, Cristiano Ronaldo broke up with Irina Shayk because the latter didn't want to go to his mother's birthday.
"Cristiano wanted to surprise his mum and as he spent Christmas with Irina in Dubai, he had planned to be with his mum on her birthday, but Irina didn't want to go," Metro wrote back in January.
"They had such a big row that he ended up spending New Years Eve alone with his son.
"Irina mouthed off about Dolores and Ronaldo took sides with him mum. It was the straw that broke the camel's back because they had hadn't been getting on well in the last few months."
The report also suggested that Irina Shayk-Cristiano Ronaldo break up was fueled by the fact that she doesn't want yet to act like a mom to the 2015 Ballon D'Or winner's son.
"Dolores thinks Irina wasn't the right woman for Ronaldo's son," the alleged source claimed.
"She wanted someone who would, in the future, assume the role of mum for Cristiano Jr. That wasn't a priority for Irina."
