According to a report from Hollywood Life, some are speculating that the youngest "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" cast member is competing with her supermodel sister, Kendall Jenner.
However, a source close to the reality TV family explained that the 17-year-old daughter of Bruce and Kris Jenner wants to be more known as the "edgy" daughter.
"Kylie has never been interesting in modeling as she feels like that is Kendall's thing," the insider explained.
The source clarified Kylie Jenner news reports about possibly doing more modelling gigs. "She will do it from time to time if offered - especially if it is artistic and cutting edge," the source said.
"She's (just) not interested in doing the standard fashion magazine shoot," the source added.
While the rumored girlfriend of rapper Tyga is not too keen on becoming a full-time model, recent Kylie Jenner news reported that she is set to launch a jewelry line.
"Kylie's fashion sense is impeccable," an insider pointed out to Hollywood Life.
"She will get into high fashion stuff ... but something a lot of people don't really know, she's an amazing jewelry designer. She really is brilliant."
