'Arrow' Season 3 Episode Guide: Look Who's Coming Back In Show's 14th Episode!

In the last two episodes of "Arrow," the man most people are waiting to return in Starling City failed to show up, Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell).

As of the episode titled "Midnight City" the Green Arrow is still MIA, forcing Roy Harper (Colton Haynes), John Diggle (David Ramsey) and new recruit Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy) to take on Danny Brickwell (Vinnie Jones).They tried their best but they failed.

In the coming weeks, Oliver is expected to be back. However, on the 14th episode, it is not just Oliver who will return. According to "Arrow" season 3 episode guide released, Tom Meryln (Colin Donnell) and a ruthless villain will resurface.

The "Arrow" season 3 episode guide for the 14th episode titled "The Return" reads below:

"Malcolm (John Barrowman) puts Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Thea (Willa Holland) in a dangerous situation that lands them on Lian Yu with Oliver's former enemy, Deathstroke (guest star Manu Bennett). A flashback reveals when Oliver and Maseo (guest star Karl Yune) returned to Starling City to retrieve the Omega bio weapon, and despite being under strict orders from Amanda Waller (guest star Cynthia Addai-Robinson) not to reveal himself to anyone, Oliver looks in on his family, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and Tommy (guest star Colin Donnell)."

The episode was directed by Dermott Downs and written by Marc Guggenheim & Erik Oleson and will air on Feb. 18.

Just in case you're not aware, Colin Donnell's character has been dead since the end of the first season. Manu Bennett's Deathstroke was locked up in an "indestructible" prison at the end of the second season of "Arrow."

Meanwhile, next week, Team Arrow will try to finally put an end on the chaos started by Brick and they will get a much needed reinforcement. Oliver Queen is coming back. Read the "Arrow" season 3 episode guide below:

"Uprising - Still operating without Oliver (Stephen Amell) and desperate to stop Brick (guest star Vinnie Jones), Team Arrow is forced to consider Malcolm's (John Barrowman) offer to help shut Brick down as Malcolm has a personal score to settle with the felon. Roy (Colton Haynes) and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) point out that the team could use some help to save the innocents of The Glades, but Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) is adamantly against it. They look to Diggle to make the final decision. Meanwhile, the flashbacks chronicle Malcolm's descent from kind-hearted father and husband to cold-blooded killer after the murder of his wife."
