'Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice' Trailer Rumored To Debut In Super Bowl XLIX; Henry Cavill Shares His Thoughts

| By

The first trailer of "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" could be arriving next week.

Earlier, we've reported that the first-look to 2016's most anticipated crossover would be attached to the Wachowski's latest sci-fi "Jupiter Ascending," which stars Mila Kunis and Channing Tatum. The movie releases on Feb. 6.

El Mayibme of The Latino Review revealed the news on his Twitter saying, "So #BatmanvSuperman teaser trailer drops with JUPITER ASCENDING next month. Finally."

But other reports claim that the trailer might debut at Super Bowl XLIX, including this article from KpopStarz.

Henry Cavill is excited about his upcoming film, even calling it "cinematic history."

"It's Zack Snyder so it's going to be a visual spectacle and it's cinematic history. We're doing Batman and we're doing Superman and it's all happening at the same time so fingers crossed it turns out to be as exciting as I think it is," the actor said as reported by Screen Rant.

The 31-year-old is apparently holding on to his character's cape for as long as he can.

"As many as it takes. I love the character. I love working with Warner Bros, and what they're doing with it, and so fingers crossed I'll be able to tell the story for many, many years to come," answered the actor when asked about the future of the franchise.

"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" is directed by Zack Snyder and will star Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as the new Batman, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Lawrence Fishburne as Perry White, Amy Adams as Lois Lane and Diane Lane as Martha Kent.

The movie is set to release in theaters on March 25, 2016.
