In the last "The Flash" episode, the vengeful Pied Piper made his return to Central City. He is going after Dr. Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) but good thing the infamous scientist now has the Scarlet Speedster behind him.
Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) was able to stop Pied Piper twice. Now, the mad former prodigy of Wells is behind bars.
As fans all know, Pied Piper is not yet done, according to recent "The Flash" series episode guide from TV Line, Mientus' character will be back by next episode and this time, with a grander plan. He will use Cisco (Carlos Valdes) to get himself out of the prison.
"The repercussions of that will play out in the next episode," EP Andrew Kreisberg previews said. "Caitlin's reaction to this information and also the knowledge that Cisco closed the door on Ronnie in the accelerator is both surprising and not at all surprising."
In his second attempt to bring down The Flash and STAR Labs, will he succeed? Probably not. But as for Mientus, he hopes that Barry will only stop him and he wants to stay in the show for a longer time.
"[Laughs.] It's better to make an impact then to just fade away and not show back up again. I love 'The Flash' and the people I work with, so I would selfishly like him to stay alive for that reason," Mientus said when asked by The Wrap if fans can expect his character to die just like in the previous show he was in.
"If the character needs to go down in a blaze of glory then I'll be the vessel to tell that story, but I am attached to him."
The Flash is someone who does not have the guts to kill. That was apparent when he was shocked by the way Arrow deal with the criminals in Starling City when he visited them back in episode nine.
