The latest rumors surrounding the alleged next-generation iPhone product dubbed as the iPhone 7 claim that it will feature a pop out joystick.
Based on the new speculations about the upcoming smartphone product from the Cupertino tech giant, the said joystick will pop out each time the user clicks the home button with just a single click and it will revert to its original state once again in an instant.
According to a report from the Daily Mail, the assumed input device to be featured in the iPhone 7 can be operated using at least a first mode and a second mode so that the signature design of the device will not be compromised.
However, the news about the joystick-bearing iPhone model is still unconfirmed at the moment.
Meanwhile, the camera feature of the upcoming device will reportedly possess dual-lens technology. This report has been constantly mentioned in several Apple community forums, which means that there is a strong possibility that the rumors are true.
If this is so, then the images taken using the upcoming device could have the same quality as those taken using a high definition professional camera. The said camera feature of the iPhone 7 is also ideal for taking photos under low-light conditions since having dual-lens technology means that it can take in more light.
The future iPhone 7 is also rumored to have a direct link with the soon-to-be released Apple Watch, the company's first ever wearable device. However, there are no details yet how this inter-device connection will work.
Rumors surrounding the release date of the iPhone 7, as well as the alleged smaller version of the iPhone 6 dubbed as the iPhone 6s, are still inconclusive at the moment. However, they are expected to come out in September this year, just like the other iPhone devices that came out during the same month in the past.
