'The Flash Arrow' Crossover Episodes: Is The Atom Kicked Out Of Starling City To Team Up With Barry?

| By

Fans want more of "The Flash Arrow" crossover episodes. These moments are among the rare chance that DC Comics fans see their favorite superheroes together in live action.

For two nights, Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) and Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) worked (and fought each other) together.

So far, the Green Arrow is the only big time superhero that have visited Central City. That will change by the mid part of the second half of the CW Network series.

Recent reports confirmed Arrow's Ray Palmer, played by Brandon Routh, will pay Barry and his friends a visit.

The Atom is the first character from the Green Arrow based show since "The Flash Arrow" crossover episodes aired in early December last year.

Ray Palmer will visit "The Flash" along with Felicity Smoak (Emiliy Bett Rickards) as stated by "Arrow" producer Marc Guggenheim in an interview with Variety.

"In episode four of 'Flash' when Felicity came by, it wasn't just a gag... It really was integrated into the story. When you reach what's going on in 'The Flash' at that point in the season, Barry is really at a crossroads," Guggenheim said.

"Having Felicity come by exactly when he needs her really plays into the whole storyline. It's fine because... Ray Palmer is all about technology and STAR Labs is all about technology. We get to see Ray so happy to be in STAR Labs... With Cisco [Carlos Valdes] and Ray, they're new best friends. The STAR Labs team is going to help Ray further his ATOM project," he added.

In a post by Flash TV News, it said this semi "The Flash Arrow" crossover will be titled "All-Star Team Up" and will air on the 18th episode of "The Flash."

Since his arrival in "Arrow" seaosn 3, fans think The Atom is better off in "The Flash" because it is where superpowers are allowed.

In previous interviews, "Arrow" executives said there is no room for extraordinary abilities in the world of Oliver Queen adding Barry Allen's visit at Starling City will allow fans to see superpowers in the Green Arrow's world. When asked directly about The Atom possibly shrinking, he said there's no chance and it can only happen in "Arrow" spin-off show "The Flash."
