"Arrow" has made a successful return yesterday after being out for almost a month for winter break.
"Arrow" season 3 spoiler ahead:
As the episode showed, there is no Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) in Starling City. The emerald vigilante is nowhere near his city and criminals are having a party. If not for the decision of Team Arrow to step up, it could have been worse.
John Diggle (David Ramsey) and Roy "Arsenal" Harper (Colton Haynes) stepped up as Starling City's hero. However, their efforts are not enough as the current villain Danny Brickwell (Vinnie Jones) is still at large.
Does this mean the city needs another hero? If that is the case, would you like to see Batman? For many fans, especially the comic geeks, this would be an epic moment. The vigilante from Gotham and the Arrow are both part of DC Comics' Justice League and they've been to a number of battles together. Well, it is not just fans who want to see the Dark Knight in the show, even David Ramsey.
Talking to Collider before "Arrow" season 3 episode 10 aired, the American actor said he would want to see Bruce Wayne in the CW Network show but not as the superhero.
"I don't want to see Batman, but I would love to see Bruce Wayne. Maybe he's part of the League of Assassins, right now. Maybe he watched in horror as Oliver Queen was pushed off the cliff, or maybe he watched and it wasn't so much in horror," Ramsey said when asked if he wants his character to work with any other superheroes similar to what happened in "Arrow" season 3 crossover episode with The Flash.
"Maybe he's just joined the League, or maybe he's been part of it for years. Who knows? Maybe he's a billionaire who visits Starling. I don't know. But, I would love to see that. As big as Ray Palmer is, with his billionaire persona, it ain't Bruce Wayne. I would just love to see Bruce Wayne and Oliver Queen together."
This is not the first time that the prospect of having Batman in "Arrow" TV series was first discussed. Executive producer Marc Guggeinheim once told in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that it is not impossible to see Batman.
"At the end of the day it'd be so awesome to have Batman on the show. That'd be really cool. I don't think that will be happening anytime soon, but you never know...one day," he said.
