"Man of Steel" star Henry Cavill is rumored to have finally called it quits with his latest girlfriend Marisa Gonzalo!
According to a report made by Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Henry came to his senses when he thought something was wrong while on vacation with Gonzalo, and his trainer Michael Blevins along with his wife, because of the leaked pictures of them together online.
Known for being very private with his personal life, the hunk actor figured out it was Gonzalo leaking those pictures to the dismay of his legion of fans all over the world, according to the publication.
As a result, he reportedly decided to dump her probably thinking having her is not worth it compared to what he will lose in the process, namely, his fans and supporters who have always wanted him to speak up and admit the truth of what was really going on.
CDL further detailed that Gonzalo has reportedly deleted her social media accounts for a few weeks after the break-up. Moreover, Cavill is back in the public eye, having spotted at the LAX airport with his adorable dog Kal-El and no Gonzalo in the scene. He was also seen partying hard during the awards season the past two weeks, still with no girlfriend in tow.
It may appear like Superman is single once again, but the fact remains that he has not really confirmed anything during his interviews the past weeks. So until we all have seen a concrete evidence that he is no longer dating Gonzalo, everything will remain a speculation.
Reportedly, it could all be just a show, since his team knew very well how much his fans hate the new apple of his eye.
So in order to avoid further rants and endless reactions from his supporters, his reps have allegedly arranged for their relationship to be really low-key, specially since they will be starting to promote the highly anticipated "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" anytime soon.
