Feck's embarrassing performance at the Aquatics Centre will likely go down as one of the worst flops of the 2012 London Olympics. Feck landed on his back on his second dive of the 3m springboard preliminaries. He dropped out of the competition after the 3rd round.

The dive started going wrong when he lost his grip on one of his legs on his second dive, sending him into an uncontrollable spin. Any effort to correct his mistake was hopeless as he plunged, back first, into the water in front of an audience of millions.

The judges were not impressed with the back flop and each of them gave him a zero. Bloggers and websites have turned it into a joke, playing on his name; Stephen Heck, saying things like ""Oh, for Feck's sake" to "Oh, Feck." But in the end, its important to know that Feck still made the Olympics.
