The Windows version of "Grand Theft Auto V" has been delayed until March 24, 2015, according to developer Rockstar Games.
The move from its original January 27 release date is due to a need for additional bug-hunting and polish. "GTA Online" for PC, supporting up to 30 players, launches alongside the main game, including the long-awaited Heists, which will become available on other platforms in the weeks leading up to the Windows release.
Also included in the package is the Rockstar Editor, a new suite of editing tools for creating and publishing gameplay clips and works of machinima.
You can share clips directly to YouTube and Rockstar's Social Club. Those clips will look great with the game running at 1080p and 60fps, supporting up to 4K resolution and three monitors.
The Windows port also supports the new first-person mode, which debuted when GTA V came to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in remastered form.
Rockstar also shared the minimum and recommended PC system requirements for the upcoming release. As you can see, the minimum specs are very friendly, requiring hardware that released as far back as 2008:
