Calvin Klein Impressed With Justin Bieber During Photo Shoot; Behavior Of Singer Is Not Like What Media Has Been Telling

| By

Just don't believe the media hype on the young singer turned model!

Calvin Klein's representative had recently came out and revealed to "Us Weekly" exclusively about rumors that spread to the public that the 'Baby' singer Justin Bieber was hard to work with on the underwear photo shoot that Bieber modeled for.

On the set of the young singer's history-making #MyCalvins fashion campaign where he followed the footsteps of the original Calvin Klein underwear model Mark "Markie Mark" Wahlberg more than two decades ago, he posed with his abs and fit body together with Dutch fashion model Lara Stone. The images were released exclusively to "Us Weekly" last Tuesday, January 6.

According to Melisa Goldie, Chief Marketing Officer at Calvin Klein, "We shot the print and video campaigns over several days at Silvercup Studios with photographers Mert & Marcus and Johan Renck, who directed the campaign video," she added. "Justin showed up early every day with amazing energy; he completely trusted us and gave it his all."

Goldie also noted that though the young brood is still an amateur in modeling, he took the advice and direction really well. She continued, "Lara [Stone] definitely gave Justin some modeling pointers, especially when we shot the print images, but when we started to shoot the commercial, Justin had some pointers for Lara," the brand's officer said. "He came alive when it was time to perform, especially when the drum kit came out - it was really impressive."

Bieber spent the free time in between shoots and workout stints with his trainer hanging out and playing a game of ping-pong with the crew. Goldie revealed that Bieber "loves to play and when they were breaks during the shoot, a game would ensue, and there was some heavy competition." In the end, the brand Calvin Klein still stands behind their choice of models for their advertising campaign Goldie ended, "We are incredibly proud of the final images and how they portray Justin and Lara. This campaign will definitely make history."
