Aww..no baby is coming out soon. The ex-boyfriend of singer Rihanna and reality star Khloe Kardashian, professional baseball outfielder Matt Kemp, dismissed rumors that he is going to be a daddy soon.
Kemp's current girlfriend Nchimunya Wulf was talked about by the media when she posted a a picture of herself cradling what looked like a growing baby bump. However, according to Kemp, he's not expecting a baby anytime soon.
The Padres pro tweeted on Friday, January 9, "Don't believe everything you read. I love kids but I'm not expecting any anytime soon." This was after the "X-17" reported that player's girlfriend was "four months along." After Kemp's statement in Twitter, the site had apologized to him and said that the source had gotten the news wrongly.
The athlete is an American professional baseball player for the San Diego Padres of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has achieved a lot as he was named to two All-Star teams and has even won two Gold Gloves Awards and two Silver Slugger Awards in 2009 and in 2011. Kemp began his professional career in the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2003 and played for them from 2006 until 2014.
He was drafted by the Dodgers in the sixth round of the 2003 MLB Draft and after four seasons in the minor leagues, debuted in the major league debut in 2006. Kempt did not become a full-time player until the year 2008. This was when he took over as the starting center fielder for the Dodgers. Three years after, Kemp led the National League in runs and became the first player to finish in the top two, both in runs as well as steals ever since Hank Aaron played back in 1963. He shifted to the Padres after the 2014 season.
After Kemp split with Rihanna back in December 2010, he told "Us Weekly" that he is still close with the singer. He told "US" back in July 2011 that they're still "good."
