Guillermo del Toro releases another tease for "Crimson Peak" fans, this time with English bachelor and "Avengers: Age of Ultron" star Tom Hiddleston wowing the audiences.

The highly anticipated Guillermo del Toro film "Crimson Peak" is in full production gear as another still photo has been unleashed online, revealing Tom Hiddleston and Mia Wasikowska in the upcoming gothic romance film. Here are the release date information, cast and plot details available so far.

Known for his work in the horrifying 2006 film "Pan's Labyrinth", Guillermo del Toro is at it again, this time however, with a more romantic but again, gothic film. According to Zimbio, "Crimson Peak" synopsis reads:

"In the aftermath of a family tragedy, an aspiring author is torn between love for her childhood friend and the temptation of a mysterious outsider. Trying to escape the ghosts of her past, she is swept away to a house that breathes, bleeds... and remembers."

"Crimson Peak" stars Mia Wasikowska ("Alice in Wonderland") as Edith Cushing, Tom Hiddleston ("Avengers: Age of Ultron") as Sir Thomas Sharpe, Charlie Hunnam ("Pacific Rim") as Dr. Alam McMichael, and Jessica Chastain ("Interstellar") as Lady Lucille Sharpe. Release date for "Crimson Peak" remains on a solid October 16, 2015, as previously announced by Legendary Pictures.

Talking to Yahoo! Movies UK, director Guillermo del Toro shared about "Crimson Peak". He said:

"Basically what it is is a really, really, almost classical gothic romance ghost story, but then it has two of three scenes that are really, really disturbing in a very, very modern way. Very, very disturbing, it's a proper R rating. And it's adult."

Recently, a still photo of "Avengers: Age of Ultron" star Tom Hiddleston has been unleashed online, revealing the dashing Englishman draped in a dark, Victorian ensemble. He is standing in the middle of what seems to be the lanai of a great big house, with a roaring fire behind him. The house seems empty, but full of secrets.

Accompanying Tom Hiddleston's photo from "Crimson Peak" released in Empire also includes Jessica Chastain and Mia Wasikowska as their gothic characters, ready for the October 2015 release date.
