Plenty is still to be done with Star Wars Episode 7: The Force Awakens, the seventh film of the saga which had just wrapped with production back in November. To no surprise, a full trailer soon followed and it is nothing but short of amazing - including a shot of the Millenium Falcon battling Tie Fighters. Arguably 2015's most anticipated movie, director J.J. Abrams has just released the names of the characters that appeared in the first-look trailer.

Today, news of even more characters joining the cast have surfaced. Indonesian actor and fight choreographer Iko Uwais of Raid Redemption fame has reportedly been handpicked by Abrams himself to do some of the fight scenes in The Force Awakens. Joining him are his co-stars from 2014's The Raid 2 Yayan Ruhian and Cecep Arif Rahman. The Hollywood Reported has already confirmed their participation in the film but not if they're starring in it or just providing the stunt chroegraphy.

But with The Raid 2 being one of the best action films released in 2014, it is certain that fans will be seeing something they've never had before in previous installments of Star Wars.

Episode VII will star Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher playing their iconic roles and will also introduce new stars such as Oscar Isaac (A Most Violent Year), Adam Davis TV show Girls), John Boyega (Attack The Block), Daisy Ridley (Livesaver), Gwendoline Christie (Game of Thrones, Hunger Games) and Oscar winner Lupita Nyong'O (12 Years a Slave).

Elsewhere, news that Episode VIII is already on its way with Rian Johnson director of 2013's Looper reportedly helming the project. The Force Awakens is the seventh film of the Star Wars saga and is directed by J.J. Abrams under 20th Century Fox and Lucasfilm.

Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens will launch in theaters Decemeber 5.
