Arrow Season 3 episode 10, titled Left Behind, will air on January 21, more than one month since the shocking mid-season finale. Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) was stabbed in the chest by Ra's al Ghul (Matt Nable) and is presumed dead. With him gone, do you think criminals and law breakers will have a feast in Starling City? They won't. Team Arrow continues their work even if their leader is MIA. And it is not just John Diggle (David Ramsey), Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) and Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) who will battle evil, they got ample support from others who are working secretly.
Based on the synopsis released for Arrow Season 3 episode 10, more people are coming to fill the shoes of the Green Arrow, people who are very familiar to the fallen vigilante archer.

"In the aftermath of Oliver's fight with Ra's al Ghu, Diggle, and Arsenal continue to protect the city in the Arrow's absence. However, after three days without hearing from Oliver, they begin to fear the worst may have happened to their friend. Felicity refuses to believe that Oliver could be dead until Merlyn (John Barrowman) pays the team a surprise visit. Thea (Willa Holland) suspects there is something more behind Oliver's disappearance and asks Merlyn for a favor. Meanwhile, Ray (Brandon Routh) tests a part of his new suit and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) takes up the mantle of the Black Canary."

There's no press release yet about who will be the 10th episode's main villain. However, in the coming episodes after, more familiar 'bad guys' will resurface. According to earlier Arrow Season 3 spoilers, Manu Bennett's Deathstroker and Peter Stomare's Vertigo are both set to re-appear in the second half of the season.
